It's been three months since The Suubi Health Center opening its doors to the public. Since then, we have delivered 15 babies, treated 435 patients, purchased a motorbike ambulance and on Wednesday, we will be hosting the first-ever Community Outreach day!

Women supporting their friend as she gives birth at Suubi
The very first baby born at Suubi is now 3-months old!
An 18 month girl came in with such severe malaria that she was having full body convulsions. By the afternoon after treatment, she was happy and playing with the staff. Only one week earlier, her little baby sister was born at Suubi! The whole family has experienced the love and magic that is Suubi Health Centre.
This woman is only 19, and already has 5 children. We want to empower women like her to have access to family planning methods and give her control over how frequently she gives birth.
"I don't think there are many hospitals in the world where every time a baby is born all the staff run around screaming and dancing with excitement! Joy and love radiates out of this little health centre"
